To patients suffering from the following symptoms

+ Are you waiting for all of your teeth to fall out in order to get full dentures?
+ Or are you planning to have teeth removed that don't need to be in order to get implants such as All-on-4.

Our clinic offers an alternative to these drastic options. Here I introduce Resilience telescope.

What is Resilience telescope?
Resilience telescope
Resilience telescope is a treatment method suited to cases where only a few teeth remain that makes use of your remaining roots without the need for extraction. It uses technology developed in Germany to create dentures superior in functionality and esthetic beauty. Telescope dentures have more than 120 years of history and are widely trusted throughout the world.

Please come in for consultation if you can relate to the following symptoms.
+ My gingivitis is getting worse and almost all of my teeth are loose. I only have a few teeth left... and even though I have let them get this bad, I want to spare as many as I can.
+ As a result of avoiding the dentist for many years out of fear, almost all of my teeth have deteriorated to the point where they need to be extracted.
+ I was told that I don't have enough bone and wasn't eligible for implants.
+ I was told to have teeth removed that I thought could be spared, in order to get implants.
+ My teeth are so loose that I cannot bite.
+ Since I only have a few left, I am waiting for them to fall out so I can get full dentures.
+ I am worrying as to whether I should just have the rest of my teeth pulled and go with dentures or implants.

It is common for the doctor to say, 'Let's just wait until the rest of your teeth fall out and give you full dentures", especially when the patient only has a few teeth left. This can really be a mentally frustrating experience for some patients. Our clinic is committed to doing everything possible to fulfill our patients' requests so please feel free to consult with us any time.

Let's take a look at a few cases.

[Hear from our patients] I regret not coming in earlier.
One sentence from your homepage caught my eye and really struck me: "We believe that after experiencing our technology and the confidence of our staff you will never seek dentures from another clinic again." I really want this to be the last clinic I ever need to visit.
I visited Dr. Inaba because I didn't believe that the only option that I had was to extract my existing roots. First, I was honestly surprised that Dr. Inaba told me that there was no problem with my bone prominence and that there was no need to extract my remaining teeth. All the dentists up until now were telling me that I needed to have my remaining teeth extracted. So I was most happy to hear Dr. Inaba tell me that these teeth could be put to use.
I regret not coming in sooner.

[German dentures] The difference between Resilience telescope and All-on-4 (implants)

"All-on-4 (implants) was recommended to me before by a dental clinic, but I would really like to take another look at dentures."

Recently, the number of patients who have come to us for consultation who bring up this method have increased. All-on-4 is a treatment method in which full dentures are made that are supported by 4 foundational implants. Here I will explain the differences between All-on-4 (implants) and Resilience telescope dentures.

Features of All-on-4 (implants)
First of all, since this is an implant treatment method, surgery is required. Also, the gums around the implanted teeth require much more maintenance than normal teeth do. It is very likely that patients who have lost many teeth to gingivitis will have a repeat experience with implants.

Also, many patients have a decreasing amount of bone. All-on-4 implants, which are supported by 4 teeth, exert an unnecessary amount of force on the bones. Even weak forces on the dentures will transfer completely to the 4 anchor teeth causing more force than can be supported by implants. This means that the bone will have to absorb the extra force.

Many people worry how long implants will last... especially if they receive treatment at a young age around 40 years old.

Features of Resilience telescope
With Resilience telescope there is no need for surgery. These dentures make use of your existing teeth to support all of your teeth.

These are Chubin gar Dick Prothese dentures that are supported by the membrane meaning that you can leave the periodontal membrane as it is. The periodontal membrane is a membrane surrounding the root of natural teeth that sends signals to the brain when you bite into food. The reason why it is important to preserve your natural teeth, even if you only have one left, is so that you can preserve this important nerve response.

Also, a lack of bone is no problem with Resilience telescope. Even if you do happen to lose teeth with these dentures, they can be adjusted for continued use making them long lasting.

We can also freely contour the area around your mouth with these dentures meaning that they are esthetically superior, which is one of the reasons why our patients with Resilience telescope dentures are always very happy with their choice.

[German dentures] Features and merits of Resilience telescope

Esthetically superior dentures made specifically for cases where only a few teeth remain
Resilience telescope
Resilience telescope is a treatment method that is only possible when a patient is missing most of their teeth. This creates a palette for our dental technicians to freely shape the patient's mouth area.

When you lose your teeth, the bone is absorbed and the area around the mouth sinks in making you look older. Resilience telescope can add volume to the area around the mouth and decrease the appearance of laugh lines.

For example, esthetic dermatologists inject hyaluronic acid into patients' cheeks in order to hide laugh lines. Resilience telescope dentures have the same effect as this procedure. We can also set the size of the teeth to match the facial size and nose size of the patient. We can adjust the amount of teeth that peeks through the lips and make many other adjustments as well. This makes our dentures esthetically superior to other treatment methods.

At any rate, it will not look like you are wearing dentures, but instead you will be wearing a natural and elegant smile.

Make use of your few remaining teeth without the need to extract them
"You only have a few teeth left, so you should just wait for them to all fall out and then get full dentures"
"Your teeth are all lose, so just have them taken out and get full dentures"
If you were shocked to hear this or something like this from your dentist, please come in for consultation.

Resilience telescope is a method that was developed at Tubingen University in Germany that makes use of your remaining teeth without the need to extract any. In the unlikely chance that your teeth do fall out, these dentures can be adjusted easily for continued use. In order to give you a better image, try to imagine us setting the goal shape, and then gradually subtracting until we reach that goal.

There is no need to have any teeth removed. On the contrary, these dentures actually protect your remaining teeth. I strongly feel that esthetically and functionally superior German Resilience telescope denture technology is exactly what patients who are missing most of their teeth need.

There is no need to remove these dentures before going to bed
Even at home, no one likes to be seen without their teeth in. The only time you need to remove our dentures is when brushing after a meal. After you brush your teeth and clean your dentures, you can put them back in and sleep with them in place.
